Who can use Trevani

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Trevani is intended for users in India. Payouts are made only to Indian UPI IDs and bank accounts.
• You may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@trevani.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

How cashback works

Partner stores pay Trevani a commission for eligible purchases made after you activate an offer. Cashback is the share of that commission we pass on to you. Cashback:

• is earned only when the store confirms your purchase as eligible and pays or approves the commission;
• depends on decisions made by stores and affiliate networks, which Trevani does not control;
• is not guaranteed, is not a deposit, and does not earn interest; and
• is governed by the offer terms shown at the time you activate it and by our Cashback Policy.

Offer rates and terms can change or end at any time, including without notice, if the store changes its programme.

Stores and purchases

Your purchase is a contract between you and the store. Trevani does not sell products and is not responsible for the price, quality, delivery, warranty, returns or refunds of anything you buy. Please contact the store for order issues. Store names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their offers.

Withdrawals

• You can withdraw available cashback once it totals at least ₹250.
• You need a verified email address, and payouts must go to a UPI ID or bank account in your own name.
• You are responsible for entering correct payout details. We are not liable for payouts sent to details you provided.
• We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity or prevent fraud before paying.

Prohibited use

You must not:

• create fake, duplicate or automated accounts, or use bots or scripts on Trevani;
• place fraudulent, fake or bulk/resale orders, or orders intended only to be cancelled or returned;
• manipulate tracking, activation IDs or cookies, or combine Trevani with methods a store prohibits;
• use Trevani for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe others’ rights; or
• try to gain unauthorised access to Trevani’s systems or other users’ accounts.

Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or is involved in fraud. Cashback obtained through fraud or breach of these Terms will be cancelled. If we close your account for any other reason, we will pay any available cashback that meets the withdrawal conditions.

Intellectual property

The Trevani name, logo, design and content belong to Trevani. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

Trevani is provided “as is”. We try to keep the service accurate and available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Trevani is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by stores, affiliate networks, banks or payment providers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the available cashback in your account at the time of the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate Trevani for losses arising from your fraud, misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use Trevani after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.

Grievances

For complaints, email support@trevani.in with the subject “Grievance” or use the contact form. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
