Clear rules, before you shop
Cashback depends on the store confirming your order. Here is what to expect.
Eligibility
Activate the offer before you buy, complete the order in the same visit and follow the offer’s terms. Only the products and payment methods the store allows qualify.
Tracking & validation delays
Stores usually report orders within a few days. Confirmation takes longer — often 30 to 90 days, after the return window closes. Each offer shows its own timeline.
Exclusions
Cancelled, returned or exchanged orders, coupons not listed on Trevani, gift cards and orders placed after leaving the store usually don’t qualify.
Your safety comes first
Trevani will never ask for your password, OTP, card details or UPI PIN — by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp. We only need your UPI ID or bank account details to send a payout you request. If anyone contacts you claiming to be Trevani, write to support@trevani.in.
